Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy** Our cancellation and rescheduling policy ensures that all clients enjoy a fair and efficient process when managing their appointments. - **Cancellation Policy:** Clients may cancel their appointment with a full refund up to **24 hours before the scheduled start time**. Cancellations made within **24 hours but more than 1 hour before** the session will incur a **£11 cancellation fee**. If a client does not show up or cancels within **1 hour before** the appointment, the entire fee will be charged. - **Rescheduling Policy:** Clients can reschedule their appointment up to **48 hours before the scheduled time** without incurring any fees. Rescheduling is subject to availability and can be done via our online system or by contacting our customer support. - **Booking Policy:** The **earliest** a client can book an appointment is **two weeks** in advance, providing ample time to plan and prepare. For client convenience, the **latest** an appointment can be booked is **36 hours** before the scheduled time, ensuring flexibility and an optimal booking window. We strive to offer reasonable flexibility while maintaining fairness for both our clients and services. Our cancellation and rescheduling fee structure helps to manage client no-shows and last-minute changes efficiently, allowing us to continue offering high-quality service to everyone. Please note that all fees are non-refundable in the case of no-shows or cancellations made within 1 hour of the session start time. We strongly encourage clients to inform us of any changes to their plans as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary charges.
